You are right, attack is better then defend. But Joram isn't good enough at low levels and will probably die young. In any case 12 inch FM is almost as good or even better than flight - depends. Sure, Astrus is far better then Barber but Barb is enough for Sham-Ri. And I would hate to lose that level on Sir Mishler.

And my Mage Spawn Pool consist of Skeletons almost exclusively.

If you drop Astrus to L1 you can boost Sir Mishler to L2 instead. Finally, I face Hitash Levat at least twice in every tourney. Magic blast is your only hope against that monster, starting with his healer!

I agree with your evaluation of Joram. I added him in for speed ONLY. These days I run with Sir Mishler (1) Astrus (2) MK Al-Lan (1) and Zen (1), but I'll swap the lawn ornament for Fathom as soon as possible.

yeah Hitach. That is another reason for Sham-Ri. Put her behind a tight corner or a door. That stops Hitach cold. That relatively high defense is to much for my liking. I used to play with Deepwod Sentinels as Thief/Door Guard. But we can no longer use them.

I might try to replace Barber/Mishler with Pearl or Rurik the Blessed. That might give me enough rooom to add another (magic) fighter. Allthough, I would hate to drop Sir Mishler.
