Here's an idea:
Kossak D. = 193
Darq L4 = 87
Imp *** = 8
Shade * = 12
= 300
If you use the Mountain Pass domain, you'll prohibit doubletime and surge, plus cripple any mounted figures. This way, Kossak's charge becomes much more useful, and you won't have to worry about surging Darq out of his 5 damage slot right away. Darq's biggest problem here is that his Vampirism clicks are too far down his dial to be of much use, especially lacking a healer...
On the plus side, no surging means Darq's venom will have the opportunity to do more damage, and you'll have the bonus of the fodder to grab objectives or (if you're feeling REALLY lucky) to do a capture/kill on anything basing Darq or Kossak...
It's a small improvement, but still has a lot of weaknesses. Good army to try just for fun, though. :D
just kosak w/ sunsword is enough. throw in a few harrassers like imp or shade (or beter yet, *** rage paladin for leadership). if they can't shoot Kossak, Kossak wins. end of story.
Aeradon has it's place in a bigger match however for fun it looks like it would be cool to play you would never have to deal with having to few actions
1 x 105pts Darq the Corrupt
1 x 31pts Astrus lvl 2
1 x 44pts ***Crusader Priest
1 x 35pts *Horned Hatchetkrugg
1 x 44pts ***Horned Hatchetkrugg
1 x 36pts *War Hatchetkrugg
1 x 5pts *Imp
= 300pts
Fairly easy. Darq is such a friggin' beatstick that I had to use him. The ***Crusader Priest for it's Summon and Revenant. Kruggs to do what Kruggs do best; one to Ram and two to beat the hell out of things. Astrus 'cause he's a great healer and at level two he has a nice attack value to heal Darq without too many problems. And finally, the *Imp as filler. I was thinking of using this at a 300pt Constructed this week.
