Golem Killer w/snow's fuser rifle with 3 *surok apprentices, and blade golems. That works well. But if your friends winning, you do realize its by dumb luck. Apparently no one is playing with bonestaff or summon, or if they are, they are playing on a clear field with their centerpiece open to your shot. Thats pretty darn dumb.

heh...while it's a nice little combo for part of an army...don't rely on that to win you again. Too many things can and will mess it up.

1. Domains...better hope you don't face a stormgale, and if you do better hope you play clear skies.
2. Terrain...better hope he doesn't place any blocking...I know if I was upagainst golem killer with a rifle a big ol peanut or curtain wall goes somewhere central
3. Line of Fire...any smart player (using an army with 8+ figs)will shield his heavy hitters with melee screen forcing to you to pick off the weak guys while they close in
4. Mounts...double time can close in on you real fast.
5. Ghostform and Limited invisibility...nuff said

Suggest the support pieces and the rest of the army that you would play with it and why...and then I can give you better feedback, but just a lone combo isn't going to win you much.

I use my golemkiller/snow's rifle a lot and until DR comes out, I use it with a **ESA, ***Shaman, ***Crusader Priest, 3x *wereolves, and 4x*shades. The shades just run around tying everything up while golemkiller uses precision and point-blank and the werewolves are there just to charge into melee. Just make sure to always carry clear skies or smoke and fog and open terrain or blasted lands, storm gale and terrain could kill this army, but the good thing is you don't have to worry about darkness or smoke and fog shutting you down like other ranged armies.;)
