Here is the scene
Sanguine+karrudan bow vs varatrix vs souldrinker
Varatix was pretty damage, and surge sanguine and kills him, after that sanguine dies.
But how will be the situtation... varatrix heals all for the effect of the souldrinker and then 4 cliks by the karrudan, or the 4 clicks for the karrudan are first and them the souldrinker effect.

Both of those effects would happen in step 9 of the attack sequence. When effects occur simultaneously like that, the person whose turn it is chooses the order they resolve. In that case, it sounds like it would be wise for the Varatrix player to heal, then take the KBow damage (otherwise he might die before he gets to heal...).

As Spud said, the player whose turn it is decides on which will happen first. If Trix can handle the damage from the boom, have the K-bow go first, then heal back to full. If the blast would prove fatal, then heal first. This is definately an instance when knowing your dials will prove to be very important.
