This army is primarily about using your opponents own figures against them, the soul shredder and shade have mindtap to take advantage of any opposing figures SA, Varatrix can use soul binder to take control of enemy spell casters. Also the soulshredder can copy pierce, crushing blow, and sweep form Varatrix, while the shade can copy sweep, and crushing blow also from Varatrix (shade has no ranged damage, so anything else is pointless)

The magestone stripmine gives any wand attack a 50% chance of not having any effect, while Tezlas shade can reduce your opponent army. Downpour is to prevent any cheesy Mechanoid tactics as well as keep everything at gorund level.

That stripmine would effect your own soulshredder! thats 1/3rd of your army....unwise IMHO.

I don't think you can copy sweep, just to let you know. I think the FAQ or Sigma says that it physically has to be on the dial to be copied, not granted via a relic or item. Might want to check on that.

Still, a nice army.

Looks like anything on the SAC can be mindtapped, as long as a relic/item specifically says it adds the SA to the figure.
