Overwatch and Bombardment didn't make the cut last round. Time for round 2.

Because there are 66 abilities, I'm going to break it into 4 sections initially (speed, attack, defense and damage).

After this round, I'll remove the top 2 vote getters in each category. As the list reduces, I'll combine them.

Y'know, Flame/Lightning and Stormfire is too obvious. I'm going to give Thunderblow the boot. That is the most troublesome ability, raising the most questions and absurd rules interactions imaginable. Get outta here, Thunderblow!!!
