Just trying to figure out what a standard game is, and how the teams are supposed to be composed. The online rules weren't real clear about it.

Do you compose them like this: "My 2 guys vs. your 2"
Or do you go by the points printed on the figures? Or by a general pt amount (the most logical), something like 30 pts where you add the the figure's base cost + gear to meet costs. I think this is the most logical as at 30 pts it allows you to take either 2 fully loaded 3 pt figs, or a greater size team w/ less gear on each!

Any ideas?

Ok, Figures cost points, gear costs slots.

A build total would be something like 6 points. You could have 3 2-point figs, or 2 3-point figs, or a 4-pointer and a 2-ponter.

Each fig can carry 12 slots of gear, regardless of the fig cost or build total.

its a 2 part calculation, team size, than gear slots. I guess soem games might require use of less gear, but it seems like msot will be 12 per character.

whoops, I must have missed the force composition thread! Basically that's the same thing. So 8 pts is it?

Standard team size is going to be 6 pts. from what I hear. Might as well use all 12 slots of gear if you have enough to go around. There's no benefit to using any less.
