I wasn't really sure where this post should go, or to whom it perhaps should be directed as a private message, so I'm posting it here, as an open support request to whatever moderator might want to take up the charge on my behalf. ;)
I'm the owner of the 'John Maxwell' acount, and was, until recently, a T-Mobile subscriber. I had done a password change request (which was sent to my tmail.com account) and had been using the new password to log in. Problem is, I switched providers (I'm now with Verizon) and now neither have the means to change the password (I've lost my login for the account) nor the ability to receive a password change request (I don't have the tmail account anymore because of the switch to Verizon). Might someone be willing to assist me in unraveling myself from this sticky mess I've gotten myself into? Basically, I just need a willing moderator to change the e-mail address over for me. I'm willing to answer any questions about the account that you might have in order to prove my identity, such as what the last correspondence in my PM box was about, etc.
