the concept for Doom is very cool, everything in a doom deck must revolve around him.so who esle do you see that could be made like that?

Lex Luthor is an obvious choice as DC's Doom counterpart. He headed a multi-billion dollar corporation, created villains like Bizarro and Metallo, and controlled the United States until recently.

Obvious Choices:

Batman
Superman
Green Lantern
Spider-Man



Other Choices:
Aquaman
Black Panther
Namor
Adam Warlock

(as rulers of nations, but I don't know how well their character bases have been fleshed out over the years)

Green Goblin (Osborn's rich and pretty much all the other goblins used his technology)
The aforementioned Mole Man
Thor (he's easily got enough characters, but I'm sure he'll be an Avenger) Although now I think about it, Batman, Superman and GL will all need at least one version that has their individual team designation and one that has the JLA designation.

aren't alot of those char like lex luthor and batman and superman DC i thought this was a marvel game?

UDE is comming out with a DC Verson of the VS. system later on this year. It will be fully compatible with the Marvel Version. So you could have a deck with Spiderman along side Batman. Hope that helps :)

Actually, Gambit, Lex never created Metallo in the comics, but yeah, he could probably have his own small team.

Why doesn't Mr. Sinister have his Maruaders? Or Apocalypse have his Horsemen?

Because Marvel Origins had too many X-men related characters already.

as i would have said and apoc only has four horsemen also wat about the hellfire club? good little spin off/on for brotherhood. yea im thinking spiderman and maybe surprised no said avengers, but i hate them maybe red skull

Apocalypse also had the Alliance of Evil...

Namor wouldn't really have a team - he'd be an Invader, Avenger or Team Atlantis.

Likewise GL - he'd be a part of a dozen different teams, including GL Corps, but his own team?

And Black Panther would be Avengers, FF or NA - what team would he have? A Team Wakanda would consist of entirely no-name Army characters...

I know this is a legal nightmare but does anyone remeber the Amalgam Heroes? They could all be on one team. They would have Recruit Cost:0 but as an additional recruit cost you must KO one version of both Characters the card is an Amalgam of. Then you could make a Marvel/DC deck without having to use team up cards.

Team worthy?
The Brood. Marvel knockoff of aliens but would be a great swarm deck.

Weaponmasters of Quard. If you go with the GL then you need the arch enemy.

Thunderbolts.

Exiles.

Weapon X. Yet another oppotunity to add Wolverines and Sabretooths.

Amalgam, maybe not a team, but how bout it as team up card, so you can have that Thanos/Magog deck.

Kingdom Come/Age of Apocalypse. How bout these two as a big cross over event?
