I think you have already asked this, but here it is again. Maybe you should tour the UDE website, since well, they are the people that make the game :P

Top of the screen. Look at the Venues. They may or may not have a PCQ, but they are supposed to be running tournaments. Just look around there and you will figure it out. Type in your city/state/province/whatever, and check the results to find a place nearby.
You may also ask around at your local game and comic stores. They will often run tourneys, sanctioned or not, but there will be prizes of some sort. It will also just help you find players just to get together and play, trade, or talk strategy. We made some long term friends when some guys came wandering into our store from a city about 45 minutes away looking for Overpower cards several years ago.
