dj_sha: You have to first get registered with UDE, which can be a chore in and of itself sometimes. Once you are reg'd, you can request to take a test, and they will send you a confirmation # by email. Plug that # into the test page, and there you go. If you do fail, you have to wait a week to take the test again.
