Ookokok, i wanna talk about cards, but not expeciphic cards.
Now im getting into this world, and is logic that cards we're using today gonna reach high prices in future. Now is a good moment to buy a lot of cards, yeah, is an Investment.
My question is easy.
Here in expain i can choose between spanish cards and english cards.... which ones gonna have higher price?
I'd read that when Spanish Marvel Origins hit the streets, the English cards gonna fall prize, i dont know how much, but i have heard it.
With the release of Spanish cards, you are not increasing the odds of any card coming into your possession at all. It also doesn't change the metagame. So there is no reason that prices should drop or rise.
And the overall price of English cards wouldn't change, simply for the reason that by producing Spanish cards, UDE is expanding a market.
Its all a variant of supply and demand. In English-speaking areas, English Wolverine should be more in demand, and thus perhaps fetch a higher price. Since the world is primarily English speaking and the game is based in English- I would expect that if there is a general price difference- it would place the English versions as being more value since one would expect they are more in demand. That is, unless UDE prints far, far, less Spanish cards than English ones, cutting the supply short.
Well, I can guarantee there is no VS card that is quite as rare as Black Lotus- as there are far more than 16,500 of any card.
However, Savage Beatdown's Extended Art Edition *is* currently very limited. So, its the prize right now.
I also don't expect Sabertooth to continue rising in price, and same with Fizzle. Have a Blast and Savage Beatdown will probably steadily raise in years to come. The difference is that the two I predict will do well are GENERIC. They can go into any deck. Say a Justice Legaue set comes out in future years... who cares about Sabertooth then?
Marvel Origins isn't too "sold out" here in the US. First Edition is harder to come by in areas, but you can still go to Wal-Mart locally and get 1st edition packs for 3.49. You can also hit Quick Trip (a convenience store) for Standard Edition cards at the same price. Perhaps when you heard this rumor- it was just after the game released. There was a period during the first edition run when it was impossible to find cards.
1º Savage Beatdown's Extended Art? is a foil or is a extended art? i just found in the data base Savage Beatdown with out extended art... yeah! is a got beat! +5 ATK.
2º ough! okok, what i gonna fin d if i buy a entire box of boosters? i'll have the entire collection of this expansion?... i supposed that no... okok, im talking about how many rare, foils and other....
