G'day all
i am new to the game and have couple of question i have concerning equipment and characters is when the character is exhausted or activated is the equipment activated as well. The reason i ask this is because we had a despute regarding the "Utility Belt" it says "Equipped character can attack as though it had flight and range and has activate >>> negate target payment power effect" .So does the utility belt work on it's own or does it rely on the character to activate to use this ability. and "payment power effect" is this from a plot twist or the text a card has written on it (such as killer croc style power effect or roy harper:arsenal type power effect) or both.

The equipment gives the character the payment power, "activate >>> negate target payment power effect."

It is the characters power (because utility belt gave it to it), so that character exhaust to use it's effect.



Payment powers are indicated by the ">>>" like utility belt.
