If after a character has attacked and can be readied again then can it attack in the same turn and also do all attacks have to be declared at the same time or can you have do one attack and wait for the results to happen and then choose your next attackers after the first has been resolved.

Yes,it can attack again unless the card states otherwise. Such as characters being readied by Cosmic Radiation.

You can declare one attack, let that attack resolve and then declare your next attack until you run out of attackers.
