2) player 1 atks player 2 with a character with evade, if atks resolve and both atker and defender is about to be stunned, can I respond to the combat stun with evasion? I dont think you can but then doesnt Puma who only gains evasion when atking kinda of stupid.

3) If I play cards like cosmic radiation or teen titans go, does my character ready as soon as i play the card or do they ready only when the card resolves on the chain.

4? A question about rigged election, does the token goes on rigged election when I exhust my inmate character or does it go on after the exhustion resloves on the chain.

5) if i play finishing move, do I have to choose to stunned target to ko or can i not choose when i played it and choose when finishing move resolves?

1) Nope. Once she's readied with her ability, she's stuck if something like that happens. She can be exhausted for other effects, at least.

2) No, if you evade before an attack's conclusion, that attacker's gone from the attack. Puma's gain on attacking does a few things. It cooperates with the pumps from Spider-Man, Spider-Woman, and Dusk, as well as other effects (Ricochet). It also saves him if you toss him into a situation where the attack's about to fail horribly.

3) Like any plot twist effect, it must resolve; the readying is not immediate.

4) Like any payment power, the effect's changes occur on resolution. The cost's changes are immediate, however.

5) Any targets for an effect are selected when playing the effect (that is, immediately). Remember: modal choices ('Choose ____:') and targets are picked right away. All other choices are made on resolution.
