help with deck saving

how do i load,create, and save a deck?

I made a deck list from the card list but I dont know how to play, load, or save it.

Did you make the deck with VSed or OCTGN?

I'm havin a problem trying to load the deck with the deck editor in OCTGN. I made my decks via VSed, can anyone help plz?

I did notice that on of the dual affiliation guys, it gives you an error warning when you import them, but they should still work fine.
