It's a standard beatdown deck, but instead of PTs in your resource row you always want your reservists there and play PTs from your hand... The popular build is around 40 reservists, and the rest are attack pumps + Avengers mansions...
The only non-character you'll want to get into your resource row is Avenger's Mansion, and then ... you'll still rarely want to set it as a resource, but instead put it into the row after recruiting a reservist. If you have 5 other reservists, you can put it in the spot where you recruited Wonder Man from.
You'll rarely want it down before you bring out Black Panther ... if you want to start using it that turn one trick is to recruit Panther, reveal three Reservists [one of them being Rick Jones], and then recruit Rick for free via his alternate recruit cost of a character discard to get the Mansion going without skimping on the counters of the Panther.
Eventually ... you'll start losing characters from the row for various effects [If you have to use Dane Wittman, She-Hulk's abilities, or playing a copy of Call Down the Lightning] Whenever possible, it's a good idea to make sure you do things in the correct order of using the reservist based effects before you might lose some. [For example ... if you are attacking with She-Hulk, increase her attack with Heroes in Reserve and/or the mansion before using her ability or Call down the lightning ... Also, you may choose to not use her ability on 5 to ensure that Wonder Man will be able to use his ability to it's fullest].
