When a new set arrives, it is truely time for Pro's to break the set apart and show us a new tier 1 challenge. Those are the pro's who also truely love the game and are passionate about it.
Netdecking is fine, but who will be the ones that take up the challenge of an undiscovered team to make the minds of VS players think a little harder? Who will sacrifice an entry fee to test their brand new deck idea? Who? The pro's. Thats who.
so the question is are you a pro?
On a side note: Don't forget about the FREE tournament at Cardhunter in Manchester NH, on Amory street. The format is Constructed and Crisis is legal. Im giving away more then 250 rare's and EA's for free. Be there, or be rectangle.
What are you talking about? The pros have had the set for like, three months. They've already got their own metagame they'll bring with them to all the events for the next month or two, while everyone else plays catch-up.
(and for those who cannot tell, this is a total joke. Or is it? Nah, I'm kidding. Or am I? Just joshing you. Wait, who's Josh?)
as soon as you t8 a pc you are given a stack of spoilers that last you for 5 years. And that night Charsky gives you a private lap dance in the featured match area.
Maybe they do get the spoilers early, but now they are considered illigit pro's, because they get a head start (or mommy's helping hand if you will) from UDE which is fine. But I'm talking about the ones who don't get a head start. the newbies of top 8's. the one's who refuse to blend in with the crowd. They are truely the pros in VS.
