Just a few quickies. WILLPOWER and RCE work together now, correct? So does RCE work with PSYCHIC BLAST? (I was thinking no, because they are both power actions, or something to that effect...) Does RCE get divided now in Multi-Target Attacks, or is it still just for single target? If I roll a Critical Miss on an attempted ENERGY EXPLOSION attack, do adjacent characters take splash damage? How does a Critical Hit affect a ENERGY EXPLOSION attack, does everyone take an extra click? If a character pushes to death, who gets the points? I know they go to the opponent who last damaged them, but in a 1 on 1 game, does that character that did the damaging matter? (Mystique pushes to her KO click and a Sentinel was the last to hit her, does the Sentinel receive the Arch-Enemy kill?) When they make a Namor, will his movement symbol be a flying dolphin?
A Critical Roll in Energy Explosion automacally hits the target and the adjacent figures and everyones takes 1 extra damage click. Also, everyones suffers knockback.
If a Character pushes itself to death the points go to the opponent who last damaged them. If no opponent damaged them divide the character point value between all opponents and I guess Sentinel will still receive the Archeneny point value.
And about Namor, let's see what they come out with... Maybe a rookie version without flight with the Dolphin... and if they just make him a flyer there will be no problem because he won't be affected by hindering terrain.
maximoff covered everything i just want to add perplex can be used to modify your range and attack value during an rce attack .... but you still cannot use rce if you modify the damage value ...some people still miss this
"He's got a possible 12 Attack",
Yeah, with 3 Perplex stacked on top of his 9 Attack!?
Why not advertise all figures with stats that are 3 higher than what they've got?
WKids could say, "This Paramedic does 3 Damage".
The answer for the Critcial Hit, is what I thought. Now, how about an ENERGY EXPLOSION attack that Critically Misses. Do characters adjacent to the Miss-er get spalshed?
I may be wrong, but if you push yourself to death then the opponent who last damaged him gets the points... however, you won't get AE points since he didn't die from his arch-enemy's attack. At least that's how it would appear to me.
Checking the rulebook, page 7 seems to confirm this interpretation. You get AE points by delivering a killing blow - not by having your opponent push to death.

And you would be correct. If the character dies from pushing the points are assigned to the players and not to any particular characters so you wouldn't get the AE bonus.

Splash damage only happens if the target of the attack is hit. If the attack roll misses (for any reason) the target of the attack, then none of the adjacent characters are dealt damage.
