If i have -1 endurance at the beginning of recovery, does rose's effect kick in and keep me in the game?

If Rose Psychic is not stunned at the start of the recovery phase, you will gain the life before you lose.

Also, if rose psychic happened to not be in play at the start of the combat phase, or was stunned already, then recovered or came in to play during the combat phase you will gain the endurance at the start of the recovery phase.
