I don't know about you but with Marvel publishing [i]The Gunslinger[i] I think it would be cool to see a set like Hellboy come out for the Gunslinger. Who else can see Roland with his two pistols as the art for Duel Sidearms.

ok here's the question though, did you guys like the ending? I'm kinda torn at first I hated it and now that I think back I kinda like it, I dunnow, I'm re-reading them all right now so we'll see.

But the series would be pretty perfect for a Vs expansion like a hellboy was, The Ka-Tet vs The Dark Tower

Thats not exactly true, its thankee sure but marvel is a company so sai would be wrong its the wrong reverence and ussually reserved for men, it would be more like to marvel we say thankee big big.

Oh and I would be all over a gunslinger set as would every other dark tower junkie, it wouldnt even matter if they played the game they would buy it because it says Dark Tower on it. The Dark Tower merchandise arena is very sparse so we will take all we can get.

King's endings have always been pretty lame, but at least he warned people not to read this one inthe book. Of course I doubt anyone just said "oh okay I won't read this final chapter then" and closed #7 without looking back. Well I thought it was decent anyway. It's not exactly my favorite fantasy epic (A Song of Ice and Fire EC anyone? Marvel made a graphic novel from The Hedge Knight, after all...) but its still ####-awesome.

The ending was pretty much King's way of reminding everyone that it was his story, not yours, and he's writing for himself, not you.

Which personally I didn't have a problem with. I was just along for the ride.
