For thouse who have one bussiness with UDE on a regualr basis how long before the set is availible can we pre order cases from UDE

Our store is just starting out and we want to buy our cases direct but when ever I ask the service rep they say they are not availible yet

Like I said before how long before a set is availible are we able to pre oder from UDE
