Does drawing the additional card trigger this affect again? In theory i can draw my entire deck. THATS INSANE!!!

Thats the point. It triggers for each action where you have to draw cards. This does include the card you draw when you get the flip. It can get really insane if you have a way to exchange resouirces with someone and play the insanity mirror match to steal theirs too.
