The controller of target character moves it to his visible area.
Characters you control get +1 ATK while attacking that character this turn.


So i was looking for some hidden hate for my teen titans/outsiders deck and came across relentless pursuit.
My question is can i target a visible character? it doesnt say "target hidden character" and its my understanding that you must fullfill as much as possible of a card effect(cost excluded).

I'm not 100% sure so i would like some second opinions

Yup as long as you can still legally target the character you are good to go, but your opponent decides where in the visable to place the character.

Been there. Should'a seen how we mauled the attack step in the begining.

lol i remember those days but right now im trying to teachsome people to play and the whole turn sharing things is confusing the yugioh players lol
