For those on Myspace, you are going to get a little preview on hos the first vote went down. There will be an upcoming article later today explaining what this all means...
Which storyline should be featured in Marvel Universe?
Civil War - 45.3%
Annihilation - 20.1%
World War Hulk - 14.3%
House of M - 11.5%
X-Men: Messiah Complex 5.4%
Secret Invasion - 3.4%
The turnout was awesome! Keep the Vs. love happening! Discuss these results here or on any of the other Vs. fan forums on the net!
Cheers,

Not a big suprise that Civil war won, but its good to here that there was a large number of votes!
Im really surprised How well House of M did and how poorly secret invasion did. I thought people who didnt want civil war but wanted avengers would vote secret invasion and I thought no one would vote house of M because it is older and has poorly defined teams and no teams that really crossover to the teams we already have.

Purely a guess, but I bet House of M did reasonably well based on name recognition. Some people who aren't as familiar with comics may have heard of it and not some of the other storylines. I bet a lot of people don't know what Secret Invasion is. I had to think a minute to remember it was an upcoming storyline.
Also, there are always die hard X-fans out there who may have voted for it as the only X-Men storyline that has actually been completed.
I hope Annihilation still gets some love in the super-sized set - it'd be a shame to see all of that amazing potential be lost forever (if they only want to use recent/upcoming storylines for expansions). But overall, there could be far worse choices than Civil War for an expansion. Wonder what the "Death of Captain America" card will do...
Crime Lords/HYDRA—Includes Red Skull, The Hood, their allies, and members of HYDRA.
New Warriors—This team includes the old members as well as the New Warriors, who were involved in the start of the Civil War.
The Illuminati—Professor X, Dr. Strange, Iron Man, Namor, Black Bolt, and Mr. Fantastic are part of this secret society.
Warbound—The central team in the World War Hulk storyline, this team also includes Hulk’s other allies, including the Champions.
United Front—This team formed during the first and second Annihilation storylines, and it includes Nova, Drax, Ronan the Accuser, Gamora, and Quasar
Negative Zone—Annihilus and his generals from the Negative Zone were the main villains of the Annihilation storyline . . . you saw it first in Marvel Origins, now you have a chance to see it finished!
The teams that are in.
. Avengers—This includes the Secret Avengers (Captain America’s underground anti-Registration movement), Mighty Avengers (the team created by Iron Man that fought on the pro-registration side of Civil War), New Avengers (the team lead by Luke Cage that formed after Cap’s death at the end of the Civil War), and the Young Avengers.
2. Thunderbolts—The group of super-criminals that were government-sanctioned to search out heroes and villains to the pro-registration cause.
3. S.H.I.E.L.D.—Strategic Hazard Intervention, Espionage, and Logistics Directorate. This organization is tasked to lead enforcement and training for the Superhuman Registration Act. During the Civil War, all people who registered actually became a member of S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury is the traditional director of S.H.I.E.L.D, but after he disappeared during the Secret War storyline, other people have had the title. At the end of the Civil War, Tony Stark accepted the position of director.
New Avengers (the team lead by Luke Cage that formed after Cap’s death at the end of the Civil War)
This teamed actually had been around 20 mths before civil war began. I think that you actually break it down to versions being mighty avengers, new avengers and young avengers. Hopefully they wont make Anti/Pro teams, but maybe make them "trait-like".
