The Bizaro =( 4 drop 6 drop and the world

"Viable" can be very open ended. It is possible to run any army character as a legend, and there are a number of characters without direct legend support [Roy Harper for example].

I believe you've listed nearly every character that has non-character support, except for:

There are 3 versions of Kang, plus a location [Damacles Base] and Time Theif that reference Kang.

Grigori Rasputin can actually be a legend, with 2 versions, and another character than mentions him by name.

Luke Cage can similarly be a legend, with multiple verions and a character that references him.

Also, Bart Allen counts ... having four versions in silver age, and 3 of those versions are able to use all the cards that reference the Flash identity.

Aquaman has good potential. Here's an incomplete list of SEA MONKIES!!

Just a list of cards with synergy that needs to be filtered. Any help would be appreciated. A Clash of Worlds can be replayed via the 5 drop Black Manta or the 6 drop Aquaman, so you should never be replacing characters. Poseidonis and both of the Aquaman's have great synergy with the Secret Society's KO'd pile theme. I like the idea of powering up, returning the card with the 4 drop Aquaman, powering up again, then playing Anger and Hate to remove that card for a +6/+6 attack! Also, this deck is simultaneously a Gorilla Grodd Legend Deck. That was completely by coincidence and I still consider it Aquaman-themed because he needs loving too. Hope this sparks some ideas!

Yeah "Viable" is one of thouse terms

Yeah thouse are a few characters and there are alot of characters that have at least 3 differnt drops

i like the socety aquaman senergy but Clash of Worlds is not out yet so we will have to work around it

Hmmm...we can't forget Emerald Eye, can we? Emerald Eye, Emerald Empress, and Shrinking Violet all mention her by name. It's my secret Legend deck for the next Mega-Weekend.

And don't forget about Bumblebee. Whoops. There goes my big secret project...

Actually, Emerald Eye is incredibly viable. Future Foes are one of the most underrated teams in the game.

If you let go of plot twist support, you also Get Nightcrawler, Colossus, Professor X, Cyclops, Rogue, Mystique, Barbara Gordon, Huntress and Namor just to name a small few fun ones.

What's the best way to build Vic Stone. The new 6 drop can have an unlimited amount of equipment and thats awesome.

Not sure about "best" but I have an upcoming article that uses it, and I believe that the next The Ring Has Chosen is going to have both members build decks around that card as well.
