If She uses Hypersonic, can she use the Titans TA twice? I'm guessing you can't use the same free action in the same turn even if the ability is triggered twice, but I wanted to be sure, also I'm fuzzy on the difference between "free action" and "at no cost".

The trait requires a MOVE action, very specific, Hypersonic allows a character to move twice and is not the same thing and requires a POWER action to activate. Not compatible.
