Dice cannot be re-rolled after they use their effect to replace a d6.

Yes. All rerolls happen before other effects like these.

This has been in the rules for a while I think. I concede to needing assurance from Lantern Jordan, but even the WK ruling was posted before Worlds so hopefully no one was shocked by it
