THIs is probably the starting line I use most for Rachel, due to the decent point cost, and wanting to play more than just a retaliator.

Her traits are really strong, and I love her having Power Cosmic and 10 range.

I’ve always felt a bit off about the dial itself at this starting line. Just looking purely at the dial it looks sort of week for 175. Only 7 clicks, 17 or 16 defences, relying on evasion for most of the dial. I know that her healing, ESD, cosmic entity, power cosmic and range mitigate that heavily, but I’m still conflicted.

I will say though, she has done well for me most times I’ve played her. Her sculpt and costume are also great.
