The other question i have is this. Can i call in two characters a turn? One per normal rules of call in help. Say a character on the same force as blackbird. Then another from the "i have some time to help" power on the blackbird?
Sorry, i havent been playing much lately and want to make sure i use these right.

(Blackbird) I Have Some Time to Help: POWER: Choose an ID Character on your sideline of equal or less points than the resource dial indicates. Place that ID Character on the map adjacent to Blackbird, remove that ID Card from the game, then roll a d6, turning this resource dial to the click number matching the result. Add 1 to the result if it's a student ID card. That character is no longer an ID Character, can't use Willpower, and is returned to your sideline when it takes damage.


Call in Help – Friendly characters have “POWER: If
no friendly characters have been given this same action
this turn and this character is equal or more points than
the ID character, place the ID character adjacent, then
remove this ID card from the game (and your opponent
scores it.) The ID character returns to your Sideline: at
the beginning of your next turn, immediately if no square
it occupies is within 5 squares of this character, or it is
removed from the map by another effect. ID characters
can’t: be carried, be equipped, be given DOUBLE POWER
actions, replace, or be replaced. (ID characters can be
KO’d.)

Those are two different actions, then the answer to your question is Yes.
