I've read up to chapter 210 which I think is about where the show is now? I want to read more but there is not enough time to do everything I want to do. So I'd be mildly interested at least.

You should check it out, I would compare it to X Men. Mostly everyone in their world has some sort of they call it quirk (mutant power) and they have hero schools the kids who want to be heroes go to. The creator is a hardcore Marvel fan so he draws a lot of inspiration from that.

I haven't seen the second movie yet but I would probably sign up. Hope Endeavor makes the cut

Sounds like something I should try to watch. The kid is very much into anime right now - I had to change the age restrictions on his Netflix account as he already watched all the child friendly stuff. Would love to rewatch Sailor Moon with him...

All for One and One for All(Might)

We’re going to watch the first movie tonight. We’re roughly in the middle of the 3rd season of the anime. Planning on watching through to the end of the 4th, then watch the second movie.
I’m definitely a Moonie, which was the only reason I agreed to watching this with her. I’m soooo glad I did!

I kind of expected nothing less, tbh. I know I’ve joined plenty of games that I had zero clue of the source material but I wanted to support the mod.

I’m literally in love with show right now. She just got the first book in ththe Manga and I’ll be reading it when she’s done, lol. I don’t think there’s one character that I don’t love how they’ve grown through their story arcs.

Tough to warm up to Toru Hagakure too, though in her case it’s not because she’s sleaze but they just don’t give her much screen time *rimshot* (It actually leaves me wishing she did get more attention as I then feel oddly bad for a non-existent person; she’s got to have more story to her than the guy powering up by sugar rush, Vanity Smurf with a navel laser or the like).

(I do rather like the Principal and wish he got more moments like the exams).

Yeah. The head girl of Class B seems like she could have been interesting as was their first real appearances during the “public tournament”.

Reminds me of how in “Assassination Classrooom”, the other classes’ views of and interaction with the “failure” main characters made for some of the best episodes.
