Probability control for only 25pts. Both Uatu and High Evolutionary do offer prob + a lot more for 30pts but for those on a budget this guy is good alternative. Wish he was a sidekick so you could protect him better.

In the set there are at least other 2 probability control pieces waaaaay better than this for only 5 points more. If you have to settle for him cause of theme or due to rarity, he is still a good pick.

His perplex trait would be good, unfortunately is limited for the Power Pack which would still be enormously good, but unfortunately most of the Power Pack are not that good.

Cheapest PC character in modern. Plus he has 5 clicks of PC and phasing to get outta close combat situations. It's best to have him run away his only use should be PC and possibly perplex if played with Power Pack. If you strictly want PC he is a good pick.
