[ QUESTION ] : HSS -and- Exploit Weakness

I've been away from the game for a while and I was told there have been major changes to the rules and how you can now combine the powers for attacks .

QUESTION : Can you now combine Hypersonic Speed and Exploit Weakness together for a single attack ?

Yes. Exploit Weakness now deals penetrating damage on all close attacks.

Similarly, Penetrating/Psychic Blast deals penetrating damage on all range attacks.

Wow , so according to what you said ; we can now combine Hypersonic speed -and- Exploit weakness for an attack .

Yup.
You can also use P/PB with HSS.

If any of the sentences would make more sense if the verb (or any other word) was a negative please treat it as such.
