I have a question regarding the xmxs061 Saturnyne special attack power Dragon Fire:

Other opposing characters need to be within Saturnyne's range to be targeted by her attack when she uses DRAGON FIRE, if they are along the same line of fire for the first opposing character?

You would target an opposing character first to make the line of fire that the second part of the ability refers too. In other words it targets the original target, and all other characters between the target and saturnyne.
