Monica Rambeau's Willpower

Monica Rambeau's STOP Clix gives her Colossal size. Part of Great Size is Willpower that succeeds on a 3-6. And we know powers that are part of a STOP power are protected from Outwit.

So, when Monica is on her STOP Clix, can Willpower be Outwitted on her?

Yes, because Willpower isn't actually part of the power in the STOP click.
