SO - 20pt Legacy Starro. (I have the piece and the card). I keep seeing / hearing that he can be "powered up" to click 14. Yes, I understand that zero is a number. Yes I understand that you have to give him a power action. However, I still can't quite get my mind round the process of how he achieves this...
As I am intending to run him on my 300pt Modern team tomorrow, could someone clarify how this is done ??

Relevant power: (Defense) Reabsorption: STOP. Regeneration, Super Senses. // POWER: This game, Starro's green starting line is his starting line. KO any number of friendly characters named Starrophyte, then turn Starro to click #16 and heal him 1 click for each character KO'd this way.
