which totals 257 pts

For the remaining 43 pts, I'm having trouble deciding:

Exp Magick 36 pts

or

R Hand Ninja 11 pts
R Calypso 29 pts

or

R Hand Ninja 11 pts
E Critical Mass Elektra 22 pts

OR to put it simply, BCF + Phasing or Probability Control + Stealth + Mind Control or Even more Stealth + Willpower + Flurry.

I would really welcome any and all opinions and advice.

I would go for Destiny instead of Calypso, for the free movement.
In my opinion, you already have more than enough firepower and you should spend your remaining points either on adding support figs or upgrading those you already have.
By the way E Psylocke costs 42pts, not 39. For 3 more pts you can have the V one, with a nice range of 8 and a fair AV.

What about this :

Vulture's here to add mobility to the team but can just as well be replaced by a ninja if you really want to build a stealth wall in front of your TK.

If this is your entire collection that's not too bad. I would go with something like this.

I'm not 100% sure on what strategy you should use but you could either have Adam Warlock either carry a Hand Ninja for an added AV or carry Psylocke for added damage. Don't forget to perplex him as well. You could just group your team around Selene and she can TK up who is needed. Make sure you try and keep your hand ninjas in front of your team to block line of sight, or force your oppenent to deal with them before getting to your good stuff. Try and keep Venom out of the fight as long as possible since you'll want to keep him with perplex for as long as possible.

Also if someone does move in on you, you can TK up Psylocke one turn and she can use her B/C/F and then the next turn push Selene to TK up Adam beside her because he can make a range attack adjacent to an opponent (he can then use her enhancement to do 4 damage).
