Galactus and the LE Surfer both have this team ability, and it says that they may push without damage.

Does that mean that they can perform an action every single turn, or is it like Willpower, in that they can push without damage, but then they must and clear rest once they have two tokens?

in the galactus rules it says galactus can be pushed every round even when he has 2 tokens. In the power cosmic team ability it just says tehy take no damamge from pushing, so i belive that only galactus may push every round.
