Pulse wave only hits those in line of sight right (despite stealth etc) or does it effect everyone with-in its range?

Also, if you have like 3 arrows (like galactus) can you toss out 3 pulse waves?

1. PW is affected by terrain, but not figures or powers. So yes, you must be able to draw LOF to figures for them to be hit, but figures do not block LOF in this case.

2. Multiple arrows are the number of targets you can target with a single target. PW does NOT target any figs. So you cannot use PW with multiple arrows.

However, Galactus has the Cosmic Multi-Attack which allows him to take 3 actions for the cost of one. As such, he CAN use PW 3 times in a single turn.

NOTE: Multi-target attacks (multiple arrows) are VERY different than Multi-Attacks (a big-fig special ability).
