If V Spidey uses his wild card for the FF TA,would he get a click of healingon a FF KO.Also,if Spidey is KOedwould the FF get a healing clic. There has been much debate on this.
It works as if he was a member of that team, or rather like he had the same TA (in this case F4). You only have to declare that Spidey uses the F4 TA before damage is applied. But keep in mind that the one-TA-per-action rule also applies. So you can't be Skrulls for the attack phase and if tha attack hits then switch to F4. For that one action you have to decide on one TA.
I can't find in the rules where it specifies timing of WC TA declaration.
Seems to me I can declare WC-ing the FF TA once the attacked fig is KO'd--so long as I've not WC'ed anything else that action.
I don't see any reason to be too particular about it, so long as the player doesn't try to undo a finished action (damage clicked off, etc) because he forgot to declare the Batman TA...

You are correct. It was removed around January (?) for some reason.

You have to declare at some point before the damage is clicked off. It would not be fair to click down the damage and see that you were KOd, then say, Oh yeah... Spidey's a FF member so I get a click of healing.

Some abilities hinge on movement or dice rolls, so it does matter when it is declared.
In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.

Exactly. It would also be unfair to roll your attack, then eclare the SinSyn TA after you miss. or Skrulls TA after your opponent hits you.
The list I compiled above is mostly common sense. Basically, you declare the TA the Wildcard is using the same time you would declare using the TA by a figure with that TA.
If someone draws line of fire to Batman, do you forfeit the TA because you hadn't declared it? That's kind of weak, isn't it? Do you just have to declare at the beginning of every opponent's turn that all of your Bats are using the TA?
And if so, if Saturn Girl is copying Bats TA, then someone tries to move next to her and she copies KC, then can someone immediatly attack her at range before you have a chance to say she's copying Bats again?

And if so, if Saturn Girl is copying Bats TA, then someone tries to move next to her and she copies KC, then can someone immediatly attack her at range before you have a chance to say she's copying Bats again? No. Because the new attack would be a different action and a new TA could be declared.
So I can change my team ability every time my opponent performs an action I.E. I'm using the batman TA and then a TKer throws someone with charge in charging range. Can I then change to KC?
So I can wait until someone has declared the move, then use KC, so that they waste the move action if the role is successful? We haven't played it that way at my venue. This way sounds a lot more useful.
And if I declare it when they try to base my fig, and I roll successful, they can't take back any portion of the move can they?
