can tasky target the building corner that Dr. Doom is standing on, destroying it, forcing Doom to the ground, no longer adjacent to his Mastermind fodder of a Moloid.

wow, with the amount of judges that run around here, myself including, im surprised nobody s answered my questions!

as to my 2nd question, it's more of CAN i shoot the building instead of Dr. Doom since he's standing inside that square...i'm thinking yes, since you can target an object inside a square that a fig occupies.

now, i've got a new question...suppose I attack my opponent's Mystic fig and i MISS. he PCs me, do i HAVE to re-roll? cause at this point, i realize i dont want the mystics kickback damage if i DO HIT?

Poison isn't an "attack". Since Mystic requires the member to be damaged by an attack, it isn't triggered.

You also cannot destroy elevated terrain, so you could not blow the building up and drop Doom to ground level.

If the PC'er actually wants you to reroll a miss, it is his perogative and you must abide by the new results. It is not optional for the target to refuse a reroll.

Aometora, if you'd peruse the Universe Rulebook, it does indeed say you can destroy buildings with attacks that deliver more than 3 damage.

You can destroy blocking terrain, not elevated. If it were a wall, doing 3 damage to it would destroy it, but elevated terrain cannot be destroyed.

Try page 20 of the new Universe rulebook where it says, "elevated terrain cannot be detroyed."

Specifically cited in the Universe Rulebook on p. 20, second paragraph under Elevated Terrain.
