Does exploit weekness work with charg and hypersonic speed?

it def. does work with charge....but HSS is up for debate right now...everyone is waiting for the newest FAQ to come out....

It works with charge, and not with HSS, and that all there is to it, cuz Rudy says so!!

According to the rules:

Exploit Weakness is a Close-Combat Action.

Charge allows you to move upto half your movement and perform a Close-Combat Action as a Free Action.

Thus Exploit Weakness can be used in combination with Charge.

Hyper-Sonic Speed:
The move portion allows you to perform either a Close-Combat ATTACK or a Ranged Combat ATTACK as a Free Action.

Therefore, with HSS's first definition, it does not allow the use of any Close-Combat ACTIONS - therefore no Exploit Weakness.

Same with the second rule - the Power Action only allows for a Close-Combat ATTACK.

Again, Exploit Weakness is a Close-Combat ACTION and therefore cannot be teamed up with HSS.

I have a question. When you use exploit weakness against someone with impervious do they still get to try to roll out. I was told they do but i think they dont because it ignores any powers that reduce damage. Who's right me or the judge.
