If I force blast any flying character on outdoor map, will they hit the wall of building or will they go on the roof?

So can flyer's avoid knock back damage from build wall by being cocked on the roof?

They should hit the wall. FB does not change elevation for a character.

They will take knockback damage from hitting a wall, if a figure chooses not to use Combat Reflexes, provided the power is showing on the dial.
