what is it i still don't get it
can i only perplex something three time. example can i do this if it happens fig A with a base damage of 4 gets perplex to a damage of 5 hits figB witha heavy objecect thats a extra damage of 2 (so the damage was raised by 3) right but if i perplexed by 2 would fig B still get 2 for the object

These are several combinations you can use with rule of 3.
Perplex 3 times. perplex once and RCE or CCE. Perplex and 2 Enhancements. Enhancement and 2 perplexes. Enhance and RCE. RCE + Shield or PD Team Ability. Shield/PD TA + enhance and perplex.

Objects are not included, so you can do this:

Super Strength, Heavy object, perplex x3.

so we can use perplex with rca and cca becase before we could not

The rule of three allows you to be able to modify any ability by three points using whichever powers and team abilities you want. No more restrictions ather than total modifiers to the ability can be no more than 3.

Perplex add to the damage value. Objects add to damage dealt. Both are subject to the rule of three, but both have their own check for when the rule of three is applied.

Damage value has many oppertunities to be increased by three, damage value has very few.
