Am I correct that you cannot perplex and use RCE.

Example. Fig damage is 2 plus RCE.

I cannot perplex the damage to 4 with two perplexers and then use the RCE on top of that.

Or am I wrong on this. If so is it the same for CCE as well?

Well, you are wrong and right. You can perplex up two and use rce/cce because of Ro3, but you can use a single Perplex effectively with either RCE or CCE.

you can only perplex/enhance/shield/ to 3 dmg with rce... new rule with rule of three.....

hold the phone boys and girls. I did not think that the RCE and CCE came into play with the rule of three.

So the most that you can ever increase the printed damage on the dial by is three.......and the RCE and CCE are included in the rule of three?

I will need to remember that for the tournament tomarrow. I think they were doing it wrong the last time I played...

yea rce adds two you can add another with perplex for three now....personally i liked it the other way around...

(no enhancing/perplexing rce was better..but thats just me....)
