splash damage versus super senses

i thought super senses always got to make the roll, even if they were to take splash damage. is this so?

All it takes to activate Super Senses is a successful attack that can affect you. Since you are concerned with splash damage, the attack was successful (it was just against someone else). You get to roll for SS, even for splash damage.

In my day, we didn't have Heroclix. If you were being attacked by Superman with a 3d dumpster, you just had to hope you could outrun him.
