Just a couple questions on stuff I'm a little vague about.

First, does Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness ignore ALL of impervious including the roll?

And secondly, what boosts (Shield, Enhancement, Perplex) work with Energy Explosion?

PB and EW totally ignore all of Impervious, incluidng the roll.

EE works with SHIELD and Enhancement, but not perplex.

Ok, good. Had a judge at my venue that said my opponent got to make the roll. Failed it, but still bugged the hell outta me.

Not to mention that was to get Ultimate Magneto off his good clix with Despero. If I would have failed my attack I would have had a conniption fit after missing twice due to #### rolls.

Well, technically, PB and EW do not ignore the roll. The only thing they ignore is the damage reduction. Now, the end result is the same, as you are either reducing by 2 or to 0. In either case, the damage is reduced, and PB/EW ignores that.

So let your opponent roll to his heart's content, it won't change the result!
