My local judge says all the IC uniques were retired since the release of Marvel UNIVERSE. Meanwhile on here:

Retired list and Universe list

I says Nightmare is "reprinted in universe" BUT not on the retired list. What gives? Can I use my old Nightmare? If he's right, where do I find it that says all old uniques were retired from IC?

All the U's from IC are not retired. The main difference between Nightmare in Universe and in IC is that the new one has no AE base. The same is the case w/ Prof X. They are both still playable however and apparently the AE doesn't cost anything since they didn't change the cost of these two figures.

And another thing bout retirement. I pulled a bullseye outta a universe pack and his base had some dumb aqua green arch enemy symbol - meanwhile his original one I have has a brown one. I've seen no errata on this, which one is correct? Bullseyes original ain't been retired as far as I know.

Sorry in advance if this has been discussed repeatedly. It's had to search for resource info sometimes on the BBs.

oops - thanks heretic, yer above post answers my question.

Note that both are legal, but that IC Bullseye is AE only to IC Daredevil while Universe Bullseye is AE to only Universe Daredevil. (Which is a different Daredevil than IC.)
