Can Large figs like Galactus, attack figs even if they are behind a barrier, on an outdorr map?

In regular team play, they can not shoot over blocking terrain. In scenario mode, Galactus is able to ignore blocking terrain.

A while ago, I asked a similar question on the WK judges forum, regarding big figs (Sentinels and Sinestro at the time), barriers, and elevated terrain. I asked if big figs could be attacked, if they were behind a barrier, while the attacker was on elevated terrain, and was told no. So if they haven't changed it, then it should answer your question.

I think that the height of a barrier on an outdoor map should be defined.
