MY TURN> I just moved my Science Police seven spaces.

MY TURN> I attack. Successful! Two clicks of damage. I don't reseve any pushing damage because I didn't move Science Police twice in the same turn.
The barebone question is, what is EXACTLY the rules of pushing damage. The book didn't make it very clear.
If you give a figure actions on successive turns, that figure receives 1 click for pushing. Unless, that figure had will power or the Power Cosmic TA.
"It is a fair summary of history to say that the safeguards of liberty have frequently been forged in controversies involving not very nice people."
-Justice Felix Frankfurter
Just remember that you take pushing damage after the action is complete
This will likely show up with activation click characters.
Example: Colossus is adjacent to an object. He takes an action and moves one space forward and back. Next turn he takes another action and moves back and forth. Then he clicks for pushing, which puts him on his Super Strength click. He cannot pick up the object becuase his action ended before he gained Super Strength
